i enjoyed my stay very much. the shuttle service to the nec was very useful, it meant i did not have to worry about parking at the venue. also, the starbucks which was available 24 hours was a great addition, i could get coffee any time.

the food tasted lovely, and the staff was friendly to me. Sheila gave me a lovely service at breakfast. Bedding was top. I would stay again if I am in Birmingham.

the rooms are tight, even for a family room. ac didn't worked. The stuffiness in the room caused issues with our breathing. The beds was horrible and not comfortable.

The breakfast had a very good selection. Staff were helpful. There was plenty of parking available. I appreciated the modern decor in my room.

My room was on the runway side. The noise from planes taking off was disruptive. The menu online was different from what was offered in the restaurant. I noticed football was constantly on in the bar televisions.
